Atlantic Search
UI design and Webflow development for Atlantic Search, which recruits senior engineers for fintech, quant and AI firms in Ireland, New York and London.
The client
Atlantic Search recruits staff and principal engineers for fintech, quantitative trading and AI companies across Ireland, New York and London. Founded in 2024, it reports more than 300 hires on its site. A recruiter serves two audiences, hiring companies and candidates, and the website has to win over both.
What I did
Through my studio, Agota Studio, I designed and developed the website in Webflow. The design gives clients and candidates separate routes from the first screen, and the build makes every listing and article something the team publishes on its own.
How the site is built
- Two audiences, two paths. Clients and candidates each have their own section, with language and calls to action written for them.
- A recruiter’s CMS. Live jobs, career advice, events and news are CMS collections, so new roles and articles go up the day they’re ready.
- Lists that filter. Finsweet attributes add filtering and sorting to listings without custom code to maintain.
