Webflow websites for recruitment and staffing agencies
I design and build Webflow websites for recruitment agencies. A recruiter’s site serves two audiences, hiring companies and candidates, and has to win both. That means separate journeys from the first screen, live jobs your consultants publish themselves, and career content that keeps candidates coming back.
What the site has to do
What the website needs to get right
Two audiences, two journeys
Clients want proof you can fill hard roles; candidates want great jobs and honest advice. Both need their own route.
Jobs published the same day
Consultants need to post, update and close roles without waiting for anyone.
A niche, clearly stated
Specialist recruiters win by owning a market. The site should say exactly who you place and where.
Content that builds a talent pool
Career advice, salary insights and events give candidates reasons to return and register.

Client and candidate sections

Live jobs CMS
Jobs as a CMS collection with filters for location, seniority and type, or synced from your ATS.
Advice, events and news

Common questions
Can job listings on a Webflow site come from our ATS?
Often, yes. Many applicant tracking systems offer an API or feed, and jobs can be synced into a Webflow CMS collection with an integration tool or a small script. Alternatively, consultants can post roles directly in the Webflow Editor.
Can candidates filter jobs by location and seniority?
Yes. CMS job listings can be filtered and sorted on the page, for example with Finsweet attributes, without custom code to maintain. Atlantic Search’s site uses this approach for its live jobs.
