About Stefan
I’m Stefan Velikov, a Webflow designer and developer, Webflow Premium Partner and the founder of Agota Studio. Clients hand me the design, or ask me to create one, and trust me with the build from there.
What I do
Most of my work is designing and building Webflow sites: new launches and redesigns, often from Figma files and sometimes from a blank page. After launch, many clients keep me on for ongoing development, such as new pages, CMS changes, integrations, interactions and performance work.
I also run speed, SEO and AI search audits and move sites to Webflow from other platforms. The clients so far range from fintech and AI companies to logistics, recruitment, venture capital, restaurants and gaming.
How I work
What clients value most is being able to hand me the design and trust the rest. I work through the build: I flag issues early, suggest improvements when I see them and handle the technical parts that go beyond Webflow.
- The design, done properly. I care about getting the details right, because that’s what you signed off on.
- How it works, too. CMS, integrations, interactions and speed get the same attention. When I rebuilt this site with the same design, its mobile Lighthouse score went from 30 to 93; the write-up explains how.
- Easy to update afterwards. Clean class naming, a clear CMS and reusable sections, so your team can publish without waiting for me.
- Direct with agencies. When I work with an agency, I’m comfortable talking to their team and their client directly, so nothing gets lost in between.
How I got here
I came to the web through code and interaction design, and Webflow turned out to be the tool that let me carry a project from layout to launch without losing detail. I joined the Webflow community in 2021, became a listed Webflow partner in August 2022 and now work at the Premium Partner tier.
In 2022 I founded Agota Studio for projects that need a team. Some of the work on this site, such as Berglinde, VR Partners and Atlantic Search, was delivered through it.
Outside work
You’ll find me in the Webflow community, answering questions and sharing cloneable experiments like a tearable cloth and a glass credit card. Or, as the photo on the home page says, looking at seagulls.
